We thank you for choosing Study Point Academy(SPA) as your preferred tuition provider.

With a view to further improve our services,we would like you to note the following points:

1) Tutor CNIC Verification:

We recommend that the tutor’s CNIC must be verified for proper authentication.We will offer brief guideline to you, separately.

2) Initial Payment:

SPA will arrange to collect the initial payment for the tuition. Subsequent payments can be made directly to the tutor, based on their satisfactory performance.

3) Other Payments:

Your are advised not to make advance payment to the tutor or provide any extra amount beyond the agreed monthly tuition charges.

4) Complaints and Suggestions:

We request you to promptly inform SPA of any complaints.

5) Feedback:

We will be grateful, if you may kindly update SPA on the progress of tuition services, on monthly basis.

6) Disclaimer:

SPA will have no obligation, if you do not comply with the aforementioned instructions.
